Inspected Once, Inspected Right!

Rob did a home inspection for me in NC back in 2018 and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing home inspection services within the area. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future

We used Rob to inspect our first investment property and appreciated how thorough, efficient and responsive he was - even our realtor was impressed. We’ll continue to use Rob for all future home purchases in the area! Highly recommended!

Rob is my go-to home inspector! He has done dozens of home inspections for my clients. He is knowledgeable and reliable and always does an exceptional job. You will not be disappointed.

What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
