We used Rob to inspect our first investment property and appreciated how thorough, efficient and responsive he was - even our realtor was impressed. We’ll continue to use Rob for all future home purchases in the area! Highly recommended!

Rob is my go-to home inspector! He has done dozens of home inspections for my clients. He is knowledgeable and reliable and always does an exceptional job. You will not be disappointed.

What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

I knew right then and there I wanted to become a home inspector and by 2018 I was licensed in both North and South Carolina and Queen City Home Inspections was launched.

I have managed a wide range of properties from single-family homes to large commercial apartment complexes, and have dealt with all kinds of maintenance issues and repair challenges.

Now, as a licensed home inspector, I bring that same level of expertise and attention to detail to every inspection I conduct.
